As a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge, Eric is a Disney Specialist, which indicates an individual who has attained a special knowledge of Disney Destinations (not an agent, affiliate or employee of Disney).

During a Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney Cruise Line® Land/Sea Honeymoon in 1999, Eric was bitten by the Disney bug.  Since then Eric and his wife Cathy have traveled back to the Walt Disney World® Resort and Disneyland® Resort over a dozen times, and have taken two more Disney Cruise Line® sailings.  In 2004 Eric and Cathy joined the Disney Vacation Club®, and they are always planning their next trip.

Eric is the sole proprietor of Travel By Mouse Guest, an independent contractor of Dugan's Travel.  Eric is a member in good standing of CLIA (Cruise Line International Association).
